| I wonder if you could perhaps help me. I am
currently studying Islam at school, and have become interested in the religion. I wonder
if maybe you could e-mail me your views on the religion, and your thoughts on why I should
become a Muslim? I know you are overloaded with questions from Muslims already, but if you
could find a moment to email me I would be extremely grateful.

Thank you for your nice letter. We are happy to respond to
your request, and we are especially pleased to hear of your interest in the
religion of Islam. We suggest that if you study the contrast between Islam and
other religions, you will see the superiority of this religion over all others,
in terms of its comprehensiveness, solid foundations, approach to issues, the
soundness of its message and the justice of its rules. (Please also see Questions

This superiority alone is sufficient reason for anyone to embrace Islam, let
alone the fact that Islam has superceded all other religions, and Allaah does
not accept any other religion from His slaves, as He says (interpretation of
the meaning):
“And whoever seeks a religion other than Islaam, it will
never be accepted of him, and in the hereafter he will be one of the losers.”
[Aal ‘Imraan 3:85]
